England 29-1 (13 ovs) vs India | Scorecard

Crawley has a close shave as he takes a risky single to Thakur at mid-on who is quick to get to the ball but misses the direct hit. He would have been gone had Thakur hit the stumps.

Bumrah bowls a couple of outswingers as Sibley offers no shot before the incoming full delivery strikes the right-hander on the pads but that is going down the leg side.

Sibley then takes a single before Crawley is beaten all ends up trying to clip a full delivery through midwicket but the ball moves away at the very late minute to go past the edge.

Sibley leaves the incoming delivery from Shami as it passes very close to the stumps and he pushes the next to midwicket.

Shami goes for the bouncer but Sibley ducks under it before he digs out the yorker.

The last ball is full and comes in sharply as Sibley gets it off the inside edge on to the pads.

First change in the bowling as Mohammed Siraj replaces Bumrah, who bowled a good first spell of 1/16 in six overs.

Crawley offers no shot to the first ball and he pushes the next into the off-side.

Crawley then makes most of the wide half-volley as he drills it through the covers for a four and then picks a single off the fifth.

The first hour has been quite exciting as England rallied after an early wicket to reach 29/1 in 13 overs. The Indian pacers have bowled a testing spell with the testing ball, beating the bat quite a few times but haven't found the edge.

Rory Burns fell in the first over when he was trapped leg before wicket for a duck.

Crawley has looked to adopt a positive approach to score 21 from 37 balls, while Sibley is on eight.
