Aus 303-5 (96 ovs) vs India | Scorecard

Siraj mixing his length quite well. Paine happy to leave the first two balls before he ducks under a bouncer and is then hit on the pads by the inswinger and Green solidly blocks the last ball.

Natarajan from round the wicket but the line is a bit too wide as Paine again happy to leave the first two balls before he picks a quick run.

Green then chases a wide delivery looking to drive it through the covers but gets a thick outside edge which flies through the vacant third slip region for a four.

In the next over, Siraj gets the ball to jag in sharply with Paine offering no shot and it passes very close to the off-stump.

Paine then defends a full delivery back to Siraj, who quickly throws the ball back and misses the stumps with the Australia captain caught outside his crease, not expecting the bowler to try for the run out.

Shardul Thakur comes into the attack as he replaces Natarajan. He starts his spell with a full delivery on the stumps which Paine clips through midwicket for a four to take Australia past the 300-run mark.

Thakur immediately corrects his line outside the off-stump but it is way too wide to make the right-hander play.
