Welcome to the coverage of Day 2 of the fourth and final Test between India and England at the Narendra Modi stadium in Motera, on Friday.

England's batsmen once again came undone against India's spinners as the tourists were shot out for a lowly 205 in their first innings, on Day 1.

Ben Stokes (55) and Dan Lawrence (46) propped them up but England might regret not making the most of the perfect batting conditions after captain Joe Root had won the toss.

Axar Patel continued to torment the England batsmen as he picked up 4/68, while Ravichandran Ashwin claimed 3/47.

Pacer Mohammed Siraj bowled his heart out as he took 2/45 with India dominating the opening day with the ball.

Ben Stokes top-scored for England with 55, while Dan Lawrence stroked 46 but the rest of the batsmen struggled once again as England's batting nightmare continued in India.
