He has a big cross-batted swing at the next ball but misses before he comes down the track and miscues the lofted shot towards mid-on for a single.

Milne is back for a new spell. Pant cuts the second ball past point for a single before Iyer is struck on the pads by the incoming delivery but the leg before shout is turned down.

New Zealand take the review and Iyer is narrowly saved as the ball tracker shows that the ball is the clipping the top of the middle and leg stump as the umpire's decision stays.

Iyer chips the fifth ball over point for two runs and keeps strike with a single from the last ball.

Pacer Henry is back into the attack. He starts with a short wide delivery as Iyer is beaten trying to play the cut shot before he nudges the next to square leg for one.

Pant gets a leading edge as he closes the face of the bat early but the ball falls safely well short of the bowler and pulls the fifth ball for another run, as just two singles come from the over.

The runs have dried up since the wickets of the two openers in quick succession.

Milne builds up the pressure as he gives away just a single in his fifth over.

Henry does the same in the following over with just one run conceded off his eighth over.

India have slowed down considerably, scoring 16 runs from the last five overs, to reach 144/2 in 30 overs.

Iyer has made 11 from 20 balls, while Pant is on nine from 18 balls.
