India are 45/2 in 15 overs, as the run rate finally touches the three per over mark.

Maharaj bowling in good areas outside the off-stump to Kishan, who initially decides to sweep before looking to sweep and is struck on the body by the extra bounce.

He comes down the track but Maharaj adjusts his length quite well, as Kishan gets an inside edge on to his pads.

The spinner has kept things tight from his end, giving away just 10 runs from his four overs.

Spin from both ends as left-arm wrist spinner Tabraiz Shamsi comes into the attack.

He starts with a short ball which Gaikwad pulls but can't get it in the gap for a single wide of long-on.

Kishan tries the reverse sweep as he misses but gets the inside edge which goes off his gloves, taking it over the slip fielder for a single.

Sharp turn for Shamsi as Gaikwad is struck on the pads trying to defend off the front foot.

Gaikwad finally succumbs to the pressure. He comes down the track to Shamsi but fails to get to the pitch as the ball goes through the gap between bat and pad.

Wicketkeeper de Kock quick to whip off the bails as Gaikwad makes his way back after a struggling knock of 19 from 42 balls on his ODI debut.

Big turn for Shamsi but down the wrong line as he bowls a wide on the leg side to new batter Shreyas Iyer.

Shamsi beats Iyer with the googly which goes straight on and beats the edge.
