India 145-5 (30/40 ovs) vs SA 249-4 | Scorecard

Shamsi, who was hit for 32 runs in three overs, is back into the attack. Samson tops the first ball down to long-on for a single and Thakur swipes the next through square leg for a four.

A single to Thakur before Samson pulls the fourth ball to deep square leg for two runs.

Shamsi strays down the leg side as Samson misses the glance but the ball goes fine off his pads for a leg bye.

South Africa bring back their strike bowler Rabada, looking for another breakthrough to further dent India's chance.

He starts with a no-ball as Samson taps the first ball off the inside half of the bat. He swings hard at the free hit delivery, which is a well-disguised slower ball, for a single to deep midwicket.

Left-arm spinner Shamsi continues. Thakur looks to clip the spinner on the leg side but misses and is struck on the pads. South Africa take the review after the appeal for leg before is turned down.

The ball is turning sharply to miss the leg stump as the visitors lose their first review.

Thakur slaps the next through the covers for a single before Shamsi bowls a leg side wide which evades the keeper for two more extra runs.

Samson comes down the track and drills the full delivery for a four as Parnell dives to his left but is unable to stop the ball cleanly, which goes over the ropes, and he takes a single next ball.

Thakur fails to read the spin again as he plays down the wrong line and is struck on the pads.

This time Shamsi looks quite confident as he manages to convince his captain to take the review for the second time in the over.

Incredibly, the ball is again spinning down to miss the leg stump as South Africa lose both their reviews in the space of six deliveries.

India are 145/5 in 30 overs, needing 105 from 10 overs for victory.
