Ajinkya Rahane and Ruturaj Gaikwad will open the batting for Chennai Super Kings, while Matt Henry takes the new ball for LSG.

The first ball is on length as Rahane defends before his partner Gaikwad calls him for a quick single to get CSK off the mark.

Gaikwad offers no shot to the next ball before he steers the third ball behind point for a couple of runs and then takes one.

Rahane falls off the last ball. He looks to drive a full length delivery which swings away as he gets the edge. Wicketkeeper Rahul dives full length to his right and takes a stunning one-handed catch to give LSG an early breakthrough.
