Mukesh Kumar comes into the attack. He strikes first ball with the wicket of Ishan Kishan, who is caught by Axar on the off-side for 20.

Kishan comes down and looks to slam it over the leg side but slices it over the off-side and is taken by Axar at mid-off.

MI in a spot of bother on 45/2 in the fifth over.

Tilak Varma gets off the mark with a single before Suryakumar keeps out the yorker as he digs it back to the bowler.

He punches the fourth ball to the fielder in the covers and then helps the length ball off his pads fine on the leg side for a four and cuts the last ball for another boundary as MI go past 50, in the fifth over.

Khaleel to bowl his third over in the Powerplay. Varma takes a single from the first ball and Suryakumar swipes the third ball over fine leg for a six, picking the slower ball from the outside the line of off-stump.

Suryakumar throws his bat at a full wide delivery only to get an edge which flies to the right of wicketkeeper Pant for a four.

However, Khaleel has the last laugh. Suryakumar is completely deceived by the slower ball from the left-arm pacer as he ends up slicing a simple catch to Williams in the covers.

Suryakumar is dismissed for 26 from 13 balls to leave MI in trouble on 65/3 in six overs.

Khaleel has done the damage in the Powerplay, with the big wickets of Rohit and Suryakumar, taking 2/34 in three overs.
