Tushar Deshpande returns to the attack, looking to add further pressure on the SRH batting lineup. Pat Cummins, the new batsman, faces the first delivery but swings and misses. Deshpande then delivers a bouncer outside off, and Cummins opts to let it go through to the wicketkeeper.

Thinking the delivery might be called a wide, Cummins decides to review, but to his dismay, the decision stands, and he loses the review. However, on the next delivery, Cummins holes out to Mitchell, departing for 5 off 7 balls.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar takes his position at the crease, hoping to contribute some valuable runs in the final overs. He gets off the mark with a single, nudging the ball into the gap.

Unfortunately for SRH, Klaasen's innings comes to an end as he plays straight into the hands of Mitchell. He departs for 20 off 21 balls, leaving SRH in a dire situation.

With the required rate climbing rapidly and the wickets falling at regular intervals, it seems all but over for SRH at this point.

Samad swings and misses at the next delivery, unable to find his rhythm. However, he plays the following delivery towards long-on for a single.

Meanwhile, there seems to be a concern for Gaikwad, who appears to have hurt his finger while fielding the last delivery. The physio comes out to assess him, and Gaikwad looks to be in pain. He seems good to be going now.

Pathirana then bowls a wide yorker, and Klaasen attempts to drive it, but he can only manage a single. The over concludes with a dot ball, as just 3 runs come off it.

Klaasen is on strike, and it will indeed require something special from him to rescue his team from this tricky situation.

Thakur delivers a length ball, which Klaasen cuts to point for a single. The ball falls just short of Dhoni, but the veteran keeper does well to stop it. Another single is added to the total to end the over. Just seven runs come off it as SRH's score inches to 102 for the loss of 5 wickets after 13 overs.

Abhishek, determined to keep the momentum going, cuts the next delivery to the cover point fielder for another single. Then, Abhishek unleashes a powerful shot down the ground, sending the ball racing to the boundary for four runs!

However, just as Abhishek seemed to be finding his rhythm, his innings comes to an abrupt end. A short ball angled across him tempts him to play the cut shot, but unfortunately for him, he finds Daryl Mitchell stationed perfectly at deep point, who takes the catch comfortably.

Abhishek departs for a brisk 15 off 9 balls, mirroring the fate of Travis Head.

Nitish Kumar Reddy strides to the crease as the new batter for SRH. He quickly gets off the mark with a single, looking to stabilise the innings after the recent dismissals.

The pitch appears slightly uneven but expected to play similarly to the previous match where CSK scored 200+.

Spinners and slower deliveries might still find some assistance, especially later in the evening due to dew.

Expect good batting conditions overall with runs on the board.

14:29   Inconsistent GT host RCB
Hello & welcome to our coverage of another Super Sunday. With the playoffs race heating up, we have two exciting contests heading our way.

While Gujarat Titans will host Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the afternoon match at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Chennai Super Kings will take on Sunrisers Hyderabad in the second match of the day.

Titans will be wary of Bengaluru's newfound firepower in the middle-order when the teams clash face off.

The Titans are placed seventh on the table, with eight points from nine matches, and require a victory to float above the growing pile, comprising Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals, who are also on eight points.
To begin with, the Gujarat side needs their pacers to step up. Their pace bowling unit has been underwhelming throughout this IPL.

Mohit Sharma (10 wickets, economy: 10.35), Umesh Yadav (7 wickets, 10.55) and Sandeep Warrier (5 wickets, 10.85) have leaked runs in plenty while back-up quicks Spencer Johnson and Azmatullah Omarzai also have not inspired much confidence.

Their spinners Rashid Khan (8 wickets), R Sai Kishore and Noor Ahmad (6 wickets each) have been steady without being spectacular.

The troika's task will be even harder now considering RCB have found a flicker of hope in their middle-order consisting of Rajat Patidar and Cameron Green.

They can take consolation from the fact that dew will not be a significant factor in a day game, but tackling Patidar, in particular, and Green need much more than help from conditions.

After a modest beginning to the season, Patidar has shown smidgeons of his batting skills, especially against the spinners.

Stay tuned as we bring you all the action from today's contests. The GT vs RCB toss will be held at 3:00pm IST.
