20:01   Samson, Mukesh lead IND to 42 run win
ZIM 125 (18.3 Ovs) vs IND 167-6 (20 Ovs) | Scorecard

Quick Recap of the Match

India put on a decent total of 167 runs despite losing their top 3 early. Samson's half-century and cameos from Dube and Rinku Singh helped them recover.

Zimbabwe's chase started poorly as they lost two early wickets to Mukesh Kumar. They fought back with a good partnership between Myers and Marumani but then lost wickets in clusters, including a controversial no-ball dismissal of Myers.

Raza's run-out hurt them further, and despite a late cameo from Faraz Akram, Zimbabwe fell short. Mukesh Kumar picked up four as he cleaned up at the end to hand India a comprehensive victory in the match and clinch the five match series by 4-1.

OUT! Disaster strikes early for Zimbabwe! Mukesh bowls a short ball that angled in, deceiving Madhevere. The batsman tried to play a delicate dab through the point region but ended up dragging the ball onto his stumps via an inside edge. The low bounce made it even harder for Madhevere to control the shot, and he departs for a duck.

He ended up getting a thick top-edge on his attempted powerful shot, and Shivam Dube at third man comfortably pouched the catch. While it wasn't a great delivery from Mukesh, it highlights the struggle Zimbabwe's batsmen are facing early on.

18:16   India set target of 168 for Zimbabwe
India 167-6 (20 Ovs) vs SA | Scorecard

Despite early wickets, Samson's powerful hitting (including some delightful sixes) steadied the innings. Dube's late cameo ensured a strong finish. While Muzarabani impressed with his bowling, Zimbabwe's fielding needs work - a mix of good catches and dropped chances. Chasing this down won't be easy, but Raza's pre-match prediction of a better batting track in the second innings might hold true.

Can India finish out on a high and will the bowlers respond positively? or will Zimbabwe batters finally deliver in what seems like an achievable total?

First, a slower off-cutter deceives Parag initially, but he adjusts to drive it wide of cover for a single.

The next two balls are challenging for Samson - a good length ball that keeps low and a zippy short ball outside off. Parag misses attempts at both, getting neither runs nor boundaries.

Two singles come off the final two deliveries of the over as 4 come off the over.

Mavuta returns at the other end to deliver the 15th over.

17:21   Samson, Parag rebuild India's innings
India 75-3 (10 Ovs) vs SA | Scorecard

Raza is back into the attack for Zimbabwe.

SIX! Samson smashed a six off the first ball but was then fortunate when a thick edge didn't carry. Disaster struck on the next ball as a brilliant throw from Myers caught him short for a run-out, despite initially thinking it was a safe single. Riyan Parag managed a single off the fourth ball, and another single followed due to confusion between the batsmen who ultimately decided one run was enough.

Eight runs came off the over as the two batters look to build a lasting partneship that will take them through to the final stages of the innings.

Mavuta returns at the other end. Riyan Riyan gets a single off the first ball (tossed up outside off) and then launched a massive six over deep mid-wicket off a shortish delivery on the stumps. Samson, on the other hand, struggles a but and manages just a single and a miscued cut.

Zimbabwe has wrestled back some control after dismissing Shubman Gill! Ngarava's short ball outside off proved too tempting for Gill, who went for a pull shot but miscued it. The splice offered a simple catch to Raza at mid-on, sending Gill back for just 13 runs. This puts India in a bit of a spot after a bright start.

16:03   Dominant India aim to continue winning run

Welcome to the coverage of the fifth and final T20 International between Zimbabwe and India in Harare on Sunday.

India started the T20 series against Zimbabwe with a shaky chase, falling short of a modest 115-run target. However, they have bounced back emphatically, securing three straight convincing wins.

The 10 wicket victory in the series-clinching fourth T20I was particularly dominant. The bowlers suffocated Zimbabwe, restricting them to a below-par score. The openers then took center stage, comfortably chasing down the target without losing a wicket.

India enters the next match as clear favorites. Meanwhile, Zimbabwe needs significant improvement in all aspects of the game -- batting, bowling, and fielding.

Even after the recent 10-wicket defeat, captain Sikandar Raza remains optimistic, stating, "A 3-2 loss wouldn't be a disgrace. We can still hold our heads high."
