18:56   Pitch Report

The Bengaluru pitch for tonight's match looks like a dream for batters.

Though the square shows some wear, the outfield is lightning fast. While the boundaries aren't massive (61 meters on the sides, 75 meters down the ground), it's a haven for six-hitters.

The first match here saw seam bowlers find success by taking the pace off the ball. Might the faster bowlers follow suit tonight?

There are areas of vulnerability on the pitch. Cracks near the good length area could offer turn if spinners land the ball accurately.

The commentators hope dew won't disrupt the flow of the match.

18:03   Can RCB contain KKR's momentum?

Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) enter the match with unconvincing wins. While Kohli's fifty rescued RCB, their middle-order needs firing.

KKR's top order (Shreyas Iyer, Venkatesh Iyer) requires a bounce back, while bowling needs to tighten up, especially Starc and Chakravarthy.

The high-scoring Chinnaswamy pitch could be a turning point for struggling batsmen.
