India 2nd inns: 142 all out (44.1 ovs)

England's spinners Monty Panesar and Graeme Swann were once again magnificent and used the conditions to the maximum to claim all the ten Indian wickets in the second innings.

Panesar finished with 11 wickets in the match as he claimed figures of 5-129 and 6-81 respectively. Swann took four wickets in both innings (4-70 and 4-43) to end with cumulative match figures of eight for 113 runs.

Gambhir was the lone Indian batsman to show some resistance in the Indian innings with a patient knock of 65. R Ashwin was the only other batsman to cross double figures with 11, while all the other batsmen were out for single digit scores.

They could last only 44.1 overs in the second innings on a wicket that has helped the spinners right from the start.
