India leave out Harbhajan

Afghanistan captain Nawroz Mangal wins the toss and elects to bowl against India in the 3rd match of the ICC World Twenty20 in Colombo, on Wednesday.

India will go in with four bowlers, leaving out experienced off-spinner Harbhajan Singh despite playing against the minnows. India's decision is surprising considering that Irfan Pathan and R Ashwin are capable of contributing with the bat lower down the order.
