India: 66-0 (10 ovs)
West Indies: 233-9 (50 ovs)

Rohit and Shikhar have put the pressure back on Roach and Rampaul with a slew of boundaries.

The scoring rate is now more than six runs per over. The Indian aggression has forced the Windies captain to introduce Sunil Narine as early as the eighth over, replacing Rampaul (3-0-16-0).

Three runs by Dhawan in the over helps India reach the 50-run mark. It's a twin bowling change for West Indies, Darren Sammy replacing Kemar Roach (4-0-32-0) in the attack in the ninth over.

He's unlucky as Pollard drops Dhawan (on 24) at point off the first ball.

The former captain continues the assault in the final over, bowled by Jadeja, reaching his fifth with a boundary and a flat six over sweeper cover.

16:42

West Indies 109-4 (24 overs)

Marlon Samuels chas come in to join Bravo at the crease, the latter so far being a mute specatator to Charles' aggression.

Having got a vital wicket Dhoni reacts quickly, handing the ball to Ishant. It's a maiden from the quick.

Jadeja strikes again in his third over, having Samuels (1) out leg before, the decision coming in after a review. The experienced Ramnaresh Sarwan is at the crease. He doesn't survive for long, Jadeja having him caught behind.

West Indies 109 for four after 24 overs.

Surprise! Surprise! Virat Kohli comes in for Kumar (6-0-29-1) in the 13th over. Dhoni is trying to surprise Charles here. In Ashwin's second over, Windies complete the 50-run partnership for the second wicket, courtesy a Charles' couple.

West Indies 83 for one after 16 overs.
15:44

West Indies 55-1 (10 overs)

Darren Bravo has come in to join Johnson Charles at the crease. He begins with a boundary off Kumar.

West Indies 55 for one after 10 overs.
15:23

West Indies 25-1 (5 overs)

Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Ishant Sharma have opened well with the ball for India. It is only Umesh Yadav who has been a bit expensive.

Chris Gayle has already got into his stride with a couple of boundaries off Yadav and another off Ishant. However, just when he looked dangerous, Bhuvneswar has him caught by Ashwin at slips.

West Indies 25 for one after five overs.

If India win today they will progress to the semi-finals from Group B which will also knockout Pakistan from the tournament.

If West Indies win the match, then Pakistan will still have hopes of making it to the last four, provided they beat India in their last match and other results go their way.
14:41
India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has won the toss and elected to bowl first against West Indies in the sixth match of the ICC Champions Trophy at the The Oval in London, on Tuesday.

Dhoni says his decision is based on the overcast conditions and the team will be the same as the one that beat South Africa in the opening match.

West Indies are forced to make a change with Denesh Ramdin banned for two matches as Darren Sammy comes into the side with Johnson Charles taking up the gloves.

Welcome to the crucial ICC Champions Trophy Group B match between India and the West Indies at the Oval in London.

Both teams have won their opening group matches, though in contrasting fashion -- and know very well that a win today will almost guarantee a spot in the last four stage of the tournament.

While reigning World champions India defeated injury-hit South Africa by 26 runs in Cardiff after posting a commanding 331 for 7, the West Indies eked out a close two-wicket win over Pakistan in a low-scoring game on Friday.

SOUTH AFRICA WIN BY 67 RUNS!!!

Poor batting by the top order cost Pakistan big time. They took their time to get in as they scored just 52 runs in 20 overs for the loss of three wickets. They were never able to recover from that poor start as South Africa's bowlers kept up the pressure throughout.

South Africa are back in the reckoning with one victory from two games, but Pakistan will find it difficult to make it through and will need to rely on other results to make it through to the semi-finals.
