Ind 178-5 (54 ovs) & 457 vs Eng 496 | Scorecard

Rahane gets the first boundary of the day as he opens the face of the bat and steers Anderson through the vacant thirdman region, to take his score to 23.

Rahane survives a huge shout for LBW as Anderson got the ball to reverse and come in sharply but it looked to be heading down the leg side.

But Rahane falls in the very next over. This time the ball moves away as Rahane comes forward to defend, getting the edge on the way to the keeper to fall for 24.

India in trouble at 173-5, with a lead of 134, with Dhoni out in the middle and the lower order to follow.

Ravindra Jadeja walks out at No. 7 with a big task on hand. He is beaten by the fifth delivery as Broad continues to make the ball move around.

Dhoni gets off the mark with a single before he steers Broad through thirdman for a four.
