India 165-2 (30 ovs) vs Pak | LIVE Scorecard

Pakistan introduce left-arm spinner Haris Sohail into the attack. He starts with a short ball which Kohli punches through the covers for two runs to the deep. Five easy runs from Sohail's first over as India continue to cruise in the middle overs with both batsmen in their 60s.

Yasir continues as Kohli flicks him to midwicket for two runs before he punches it down to long-on for one.

Dhawan comes down the track and lofts Shah over midwicket for a four and then drives the next through the off-side for the same result to get 12 runs from the over.

Kohli turns Sohail on the leg side and sprints back for two runs before he cuts the next past point for a four, his sixth of the innings.

Against the run of play, India lose the wicket of Dhawan, who is run out for a fluent 73, having hit seven fours and a six in 76 balls. What a waste of a wicket!

Kohli tapped it on the leg side and set for a single before changing his mind but Dhawan was already halfway down the track. He tried to retreat back but the direct hit from Misbah at short midwicket caught him short to give Pakistan a vital breakthrough.

Dhawan provided India with a solid platform as he put on 129 runs from 134 balls for the second wicket with Kohli.

Interesting, India have sent in Suresh Raina at No. 4 ahead of the in-form Ajinkya Rahane with a view to keep the left-right combination going.
