Murali Vijay is the next player up for grabs at a base price of Rs. 50 lakh.

Chennai Super Kings make the opening bid at the original price. Kings XI Punjab jump in the fray as the bids keep going up at a fast rate and soon his price doubles up to Rs. 1 crore.

Royal Challengers Bangalore jump in the fray at 1.2 crore but Preity Zinta's Punjab in no mood to relent.

And soon the bid has crossed the Rs. 2 crore mark with both RCB and Punjab not willing to back off.

Punjab continue to top their bid as it touches the Rs. 3 crore mark before RCB pull out of the race.
