 Aus 106-3 (20 ovs) vs Pak 213 | Scorecard

Afridi is taken off after just two overs and he makes way for Sohail Khan. The right-armer is not as quick as Riaz and Watson can easily pull the short ball through midwicket for a four.

But he puts in a lot more effort and Watson somehow sways out of the way of a quick bouncer.

Smith takes a single from the first ball to bring back Watson on strike against Riaz.

As expected Watson gets a short ball which he defends with his eyes off. Pakistan now have a fielder at leg slip and another one at short leg, deeper than normal.

A high bouncer to Watson which he ducks under as the bowler Riaz blows a kiss to the right-hander. Top quality cricket going out in the middle at the Adelaide Oval.

Sohail overpitches as Watson finally gets forward and hits it through the covers for a four. He turns the next ball on the leg side for a couple as eight come from the over.

Australia are looking comfortable on 106 for three in 20 overs with another 108 needed from 30 overs for victory.

Smith is batting well on 48 from 50 balls, while Watson has survived a splendid spell from Riaz to score 20 from 31 balls.
