 Aus 169-4 (30 ovs) vs Pak 213 | Scorecard

Pace from both ends now as Rahat is called back into the attack. Maxwell goes after a wide full delivery but is beaten as the Pakistan players appeal but the umpire turns it down.

The last ball is a half-volley which Maxwell punches down the ground for a four, his first of the innings.

Maxwell will not hold back no matter what the situation of the game.

Riaz comes back and it could probably be Pakistan's last throw of the dice. Maxwell initially looked to throw his bat before deciding to duck under the short ball which took the leading edge and flew to thirdman where the fielder was slow to react and could not judge it properly to let go of another opportunity.

Pakistan's poor fielding has hurt them big time in this match.

Maxwell not wasting time as he slogs Adil on the leg side for a four and two balls later Watson hits a cover drive for the same result.

After 30 overs, Australia are 169 for four with another 45 runs needed from 20 overs for victory with six wickets in hand.

Watson is two runs away from a half-century, having battled hard for 48 from 56 balls, while Maxwell has 14 from 16 balls.
