TEA - DAY 3

SA 151-6 (76 ovs); Target: 310 | Scorecard

Mishra in the midst of a good spell as Duminy edges one which falls short of Rahane at slip. But the next ball is full which Duminy hits through midwicket for a four.

Change from the other end as Ashwin replaces Jadeja. He bowls a full delivery down the leg side which Duminy sweeps fine for a four followed by three runs through midwicket.

Mishra bowls the final over of the session before tea is taken with South Africa on 151 for six in 76 overs, still needing 159 runs for victory with four wickets in hand.

Mishra brought the session back to life with the wickets of Amla and du Plessis as India struggled to get a wicket despite the spinners beating the bat countless number of times during the session.

This was easily South Africa's best session of the series so far and only the two late wickets spoiled it a bit. They scored 46 runs in 31 overs while losing two wickets in the post-lunch session when they looked to defend and stay at the wicket as long as possible.
