India 59-2 (13 ovs) vs SA | Scorecard

Rahane plays a strange pull shot as he goes low and guides it to fine leg for a single followed by three more singles in the over.

South Africa introduce spin as part-timer J P Duminy comes into the attack. He starts with a long hop as Dhawan is happy to rock back and pull the short ball over midwicket for a four followed by a single each to the two batsmen.

Rahane plays another lovely drive through the covers but Behardien makes a full length at sweeper cover to save the four and concede just two as Duminy goes for nine in his first over.

Morkel makes the crucial breakthrough in the next over as Dhawan is foxed by the slower ball. He is too early into the shot and manages to chip it straight to the fielder in the covers to fall for 23.

Virat Kohli is welcome to the crease by a good bouncer just outside the off-stump. He is desperately short of runs in ODIs, having gone 11 innings without a half-century. He manages to see off the remaining two deliveries of the over as India reach 59 for two in 13 overs.
