India 21-0 (5 ovs) vs England | Scorecard

Cook drives Bhuvi through the off-side for two runs before he gets a leading edge which flies past the fielder in the gully region and goes for the first four of the England innings.

In the next over, Jennings looks to drive Umesh through the off-side but is beaten before he edges the next ball as he looks to steer it through the thirdman region but Karun Nair at gully is unable to hold on to a difficult chance as the debutant gets an early lifeline before before he had got off the mark in Test cricket. He then finally gets off the mark as he makes most of two poor deliveries from Umesh, slashing it through point and then pulling it through midwicket for successive fours.

Bhuvneshwar squares up Jennings who looks to play it through the leg side but ends up defending it at the last minute as the pacer gets a little bit of movement.

England are off to a steady start as they reach 21 for no loss in five overs.
