India 529-7 (158 ovs) vs England 400 | Scorecard

England making a lot of bowling changes in the first hour as James Anderson comes into the attack in place of Moeen, who bowled a short spell.

Change of ends for Moeeen actually as he replaces Root, but no stopping Jayant. He gives the off-spinner the charge and lofts him wide of mid-on for a four and then takes a single. Kohli is content to play second fiddle at the moment as he quietly collects two runs to the vacant thirdman region.

Jayant in full flow at the moment as he drives a wide delivery from Anderson square on the off-side for a four to bring up the 150-run stand for the eighth wicket.

The last ball is short and Kohli has no problems pulling it to deep midwicket for two runs.

No stopping Jayant as he plays another cracking drive through the covers for a four and Kohli cuts a short ball behind point for the second boundary of the over.

India have dominated the first hour of play on Day 4, scoring 78 runs in 16 overs at nearly five runs per over. India are sitting pretty on 529 for seven in 158 overs, for an overall lead of 129 runs.

Jayant stepped up the momentum as he hit eight boundaries in the morning session itself, enroute to 72 from 141 balls, his second fifty in three Tests.

Kohli has meanwhile eased himself to 183 from 282 balls and in sight of his double Test century in 2016.
