Earlier , India were bowled out for a massive 631 in 182.3 overs to grab a huge first innings lead of 231 runs, in the post-lunch session on Day 4.

Kohli smashed a career-best 235, and was involved in a record eighth wicket partnership of 241 runs with Jayant Yadav, who became the first Indian batsman to score a century at No. 9.

Jayant hit his maiden Test century, as he played a superb knock of 104 runs, hitting 15 fours in his 204-ball knock.
