Rain delays start of India vs Bangladesh final

The rain has stopped and the groundstaff have converged out on to the middle in huge number and started working on the wet patches in the outfield.

Apparently, the umpire will conduct an inspection of the conditions at 2000 hours IST before taking a decision on when the toss can take place, provided there is no further rain.
