Anderson out for 34 as New Zealand sink further
March 15, 2016  20:42

NZ 90-5 (16 ovs) vs India | Scorecard

Bumrah bowling yorkers with control as even the well-settled Anderson is unable to get a run two balls in a row.

He decides to break Bumrah's rhythm as he walks across his stumps and looks to paddle fine but misses another yorker, which crashes right into his middle stump.

Anderson was unable to get the boundaries despite spending 42 balls at the crease, hitting just three fours for his 34.

New Zealand's batting woes continue as they are reduced to 89 for five in the 16th over.

New batsman Grant Elliott gets two yorkers in a row as he drives the last ball down to long-on for a single.

Impressive stuff from the young Bumrah, who is playing in his first World Cup match. His figures now read one for 10 in three overs.
