Sri Lanka 122/9 (20 overs)  vs WI

The Windies will be happy as they restrict Sri Lanka for 122 for the loss of nine wickets.

Thisara Perera's lone resistance comes to an end with Bravo claiming his wicket of the penultimate ball.

Rangana Herath also got run-out on the ball before that.

Chris Gayle was off the field for quite some owing to reasons unknown and the fiery power hitter will not be able to open the batting for the Windies.

The news is that he will not bat unless needed. That's some disappointment for Bengaluru crowd.

I hope it's nothing too serious with @henrygayle but just a #masterstroke to give the other batsmen the responsibility to bring it home 4 us, tweets Brian Lara.

Average first innings score at M Chinnawamy is 171 runs. The Windies will be happy with their performance till now.
