Simmons heaves the fourth ball over midwicket where Jadeja does well to take the catch but has touched the boundary skirting as he fell over. Simmons gets his third lifeline as he is called back again and the six is a crucial blow for India as it brings up the 50-run stand for the fourth wicket. That was a superb catch, but he was denied by a few millimetres.

Simmons is living a charmed life and has already got three reprieves. He drives the fifth ball through the off-side for two runs before hittting the last ball over thirdman for a four.

Simmons has smashed his way to 81 from 49 balls, to take West Indies to 173 for three in 18 overs, with 20 needed from two overs for victory.
