3rd Test: India look to wrap up England innings

Jonny Bairstow's composed 89 helped England survive some atrocious top order shot-making and reach 268 for eight at close of play on the first day of the third Test against India on Saturday.

India will now look to wrap up the England innings and then build a huge lead while batting.

For India, Jayant Yadav, Umesh Yadav and M Shami picked two wickets respectively, while Ashwin and Shami had a wicket each.

Former India skipper and senior cricket commentator Sunil Gavaskar says that the pitch is still very good for batting and India have done well to restrict England for 268-8.
