NZ 34-1 (7 ovs) vs India | Scorecard

Following the early wicket, India looking to consolidate by bowling tight and building up the pressure.

Latham breaks the shackles as he pulls a short ball through midwicket to spoil what was turning out to be a good over from Yadav.

Pandya errs for once as he bowls a big wide outside the off-stump which Williamson can't reach despite making an effort.

Two balls later he bowls it full and offers some width and Williamson drives it nicely through the covers for a four. Williamson won't let any opportunities go pass and India must be careful not to let him get off to a start with easy boundaries.

Latham (10) gets a lifeline as he hits one straight back but Yadav drops a tough chance on his follow through.

A couple of deliveries later, he plays another cracking drive through the off-side for a four, getting it in the gap perfectly.

A poor over from Yadav as he slips the last ball down the leg side which Latham flicks fine for another four as NZ recover to 34 for one in seven overs.
