New Zealand struggle after Latham's dismissal
October 20, 2016  15:16

NZ 127-2 (24 ovs) vs India | Scorecard

Double change for the Indians as Bumrah comes on from the other end. Taylor gets off the mark with two runs on the leg side before he bottom edges the next ball and then defends the last two deliveries.

Axar Patel has shuffled around as he replaces Jadhav, who is taken off despite taking a wicket in his first over.

This time Axar sends down a tidy over, giving away only two runs with Taylor taking his time to get his eye in.

Bumrah bowls a terrific yorker as Williamson falls over trying to block it. The umpire turns down the LBW appeal with the ball clearly sliding down the leg side.

Brilliant over from Bumrah, giving away just a single with Taylor again struggling to get going.

New Zealand have scored just seven runs from the last 22 deliveries since the dismissal of Latham to reach 127 for two in 24 overs.

A lot will rest on captain Williamson, who is batting well on 75 from 83 balls but Taylor's slow start (3 from 13 balls) might affect his batting too.
