India 156-5 (36 ovs) vs NZ 242-9 | Scorecard

New Zealand's two left-arm spinners bowling in tandem as they look to build the pressure with a few tight overs.

Santner concedes just two runs in his eighth over with Dhoni and Axar Patel looking to play it safe and not take any unnecessary risks.

India do well to take seven runs off Devcich's ninth over with good running between the wickets and some common sense cricket.

India are 156 for five in 36 overs with the required rate climbing to 6.2 with 87 needed from 14 overs for victory.

Dhoni is setting himself well for the final flourish, batting on 34 from 52 balls, while Patel is on seven.
