India 204-8 (45 ovs) vs NZ 242-9 | Scorecard

The onus now lies on Pandya to guide India to an unlikely victory with just two wickets in hand.

Yadav doing well to give him support and not try anything fancy like some of the earlier batsmen.

The field is called in to stop the single but Pandya does well to cut Henry over point for a four despite a good effort form the fielder at deep point.

At the other end, Boult continues his good showing with the ball to build up the pressure on India.

Just a single comes from the first four balls before Pandey is deceived by a slower ball as he throws his bat to a wide one. He flicks Boult through midwicket for a single off the last ball to retain strike.

Pandya smashes Southee straight back but can't beat the fielder at mid-off. He turns the next ball through midwicket and calls Yadav for the second run, who struggles to make his crease and is lucky that the fielder didn't get the direct hit.

Yadav gets the much-needed boundary as he pulls a short ball from Southee over midwicket for a four followed by two more singles.

India are 204 for eight in 45 overs, needing 39 from 30 balls for victory.
