NZ 119-4 (50 ovs); Target: 434 | Scorecard

It has been a good fighting partnership from these two New Zealand with the duo bringing up their 50-run stand for the fifth wicket.

Ashwin changes his line to Santner, bowling it outside the leg-stump and nearly gets one to bowl him round the legs.

Ronchi drives Jadeja along the ground to long-off for one and Santner turns the last ball fine on the leg side for two runs.

Ronchi looks to cut Ashwin but can't get the ball in the gap courtesy of some extra bounce. However, he plays a nice drive off the next ball through the covers for two runs to complete his half-century from 83 balls. Once again, a very good knock from Ronchi, who was brought into the side as a specialist batsman.

Ronchi's footwork has been quite positive, and he has been fearless while driving the ball, forcing India to push back a few fielders.

Santner also growing in confidence as he rocks back and cuts a short ball Ashwin past point for a four.

After 50 overs, New Zealand reach 119 for four, still needing another 315 runs for victory.

Ronchi is looking good on 53 from 90 balls, while Santner has defended well for 19 from 96 balls with the duo putting on 63 runs so far for the fifth wicket.
