Left-arm pacer Corey Anderson comes into the attack. Rajat Bhatia drives the first ball through the covers for two runs followed by a single each from the two batsmen.

The last ball is short as Bhatia pulls it powerfully over midwicket for a six to take Pune to 68 for five in 10 overs, needing 138 from the remaining 10 overs for victory.

Dhoni goes after his Jharkhand team mate Nadeem hoisting him back over his head for a straight six but the left-arm spinner still finishes with splendid figures of one for 23 in four overs.

Leg-spinner Amit Mishra is introduced in the attack, to bowl the 12th over. He strikes in his first over with the big wicket of Dhoni, who brings out the helicopter but doesn't get enough power on it and is caught at deep midwicket for 11.
