Darren Bravo gets off the mark in IPL 10 with a single to thirdman before Christian gets the wicket of Gambhir. The KKR captain tries to end it in style but doesn't get enough elevation and is caught at mid-on after a good innings of 62 from 46 balls.

Left-hander Bravo ends it finally in the next over as he smashes Thakur through the covers for a four.

KKR win by seven wickets as they chase down 183 with seven wickets in hand and 11 balls to spare.

It is turning out to be an easy run chase for KKR as Gambhir crashes a short ball past point for a four. Christian bowls two wides in a row before Gambhir takes one and Uthappa picks two runs on the leg side followed by three singles to get 12 from the over.

Uthappa looking to finish off the match as soon as possible. He heaves Tahir twice over midwicket for successive sixes to race to 86 from 45 balls as KKR race to 173 for one in 16 overs, going at nearly 11 per over.

Uthappa finally perishes as he goes for another big hit down the ground but holes out to Tripathi at long-off.

He walks back after an entertaining innings of 87 from 47 balls, having hit seven fours and four sixes.

Uthappa put on a huge stand of 158 runs from 14.1 overs for the second wicket with Gambhir to help KKR run away with the game.

Pune having a nightmare in the field as they put down another catch. Gambhir top edges the pull shot against Christian but Sundar at short fine leg can't hold on tough low catch diving forward.

Uthappa pulls the last ball powerfully over midwicket for his fourth six as KKR continue to cruise in the middle overs.

Part-time medium pacer Rahul Tripathi comes into the attack as Pune hope for a breakthrough to stop KKR's charge.

Gambhir collects another single off the first ball before Uthappa pulls a short ball square on the leg side for a four. Two balls later, Gambhir steers a wide ball past the short thirdman fielder for another boundary as they collect 12 from the over.

This is turning out to be easy for KKR as they reach 123 for one in 12 overs, with another 60 needed from eight overs for victory.

Uthappa drives Thakur through the off-side for two runs followed by four singles before the pacer bowls a big wide down the leg side for five wides.

Tahir comes back and this time Gambhir joins in the act. The KKR captain lofts Tahir over long-on for a six and takes two runs off the next ball to complete his fifty from 35 balls.

KKR are 147 for one in 14 overs, needing 36 runs from six overs for victory.

Uthappa is turning it on as this time he takes on Tahir, hitting it straight down the ground for his third six. He was 12 from 12 balls when he was dropped and since then has smashed 29 runs from nine balls including three sixes.

No stopping Uthappa as he hits Unadkat over mid-off for a four. Two balls later he walks across his stumps and helps a short ball past short fine leg for another boundary.

Unadkat bowls a poor delivery as he bowls it full and wide and Gambhir helps it over point for a four.

KKR have raced to 101 for one in 10 overs, needing another 82 runs from 60 balls for victory.

Uthappa has smashed his way to 49 from 25 balls, while Gambhir has made 31 from 24 balls.

KKR 76-1 (8 ovs) vs Pune 182-5 | Scorecard

With the Powerplay done with, Pune introduce leg-spinner Imran Tahir. He is unlucky not to get a wicket in his first over as Uthappa is dropped on the midwicket fence by Unadkat. Uthappa went for the slog sweep but only managed to miscue it high on the leg side but Unadkat was unable to judge it cleanly and hold on to it. And to add insult to injury, he lets it go through for a boundary.

Gambhir smashes the last ball back over the bowler's head for another boundary as Tahir goes for 11 in his first over.

That drop is hurting Pune already as Uthappa goes after Sundar in his next over. He steers the first ball fine past short thirdman for a four before hitting back to back sixes over long-off and long-on respectively.

Sundar goes for 20 in his third as KKR race to 76 for one in eight overs, with Uthappa on 34 from 18 balls and Gambhir on 22 from 19 balls.

Thakur does well to build the pressure on new batsman Uthappa with three dot balls in a row before the right-hander releases the pressure by lofting the fourth ball over long-on for a four followed by two singles off the last two balls.

Gambhir looks to cut Sundar but is beaten as Dhoni whips off the bails in a flash but the batsman in his crease. The left-hander swings Sundar to deep midwicket for two runs before he steers the next ball past point for a four. The last ball is driven through the covers for another boundary as 10 come from the over.

Medium pacer Dan Christian comes into the attack. Uthappa gets the first ball fine on the off-side for a four followed by three more singles as KKR reach 45 for one in six overs.

We are back with the run chase and all eyes will be on Sunil Narine, who has made quite an impact with the bat since has has been promoted as the opener.

Left-arm pacer Jaydev Unadkat to open the bowling for Pune. He makes a good start as Narine is beaten off the first ball before he smashes the next square over the off-side ring for a four to get off the mark in style.

Unadkat bowls a wide before Narine picks a single to mid-on followed by two more singles as eight come from the first over.

Shardul Thakur from the other end. He starts off well, beating Narine off the first two balls before he plays a beautiful drive through the covers for a four. He goes after the next delivery, this time getting an edge which goes past the slips for another boundary as KKR race to 18 for no loss in two overs.

Pune decide to counter Narine's threat by introducing spin in the form of off-spinner Sundar Washington. Two singles from three balls before Narine is run out going for a single single to short fine leg. Superb match awareness from Dhoni as he lets the ball go on to hits the stumps, infact, flicking it to towards the stumps following the throw from Thakur at short fine.

Robin Uthappa surives a huge shout for LBW off the last ball of the over as he tries to sweep but fails to make contact. That was very close!

A good start from the young Washington, giving away just three runs in his first over.

Pune 182-5 (20 ovs) vs KKR | Scorecard

KKR manage to dry up the boundaries as Woakes starts off well in the penultimate over. He starts with a yorker which Smith defends on the leg side for a couple and then manages a single off the next.

A single each to the two batsmen followed by a wide before Christian smashes the last two balls of the over for sixes. A full delivery outside off is smashed over the covers while he swings the last ball over midwicket to help Pune's innings get back on track.

Smith makes it three sixes in a row as he flays a wide delivery from Umesh square on the off-side for another maximum. He gets a single from the next ball to race to his half-century from just 35 balls.

Umesh bowls a very slow bouncer which takes ages to reach Christian who slaps it to point and steals a quick run.

The next ball is a quick full toss on the leg side as Smith misses out on the flick and gets just a leg bye.

Umesh bowls a wide as Smith does well to sneak another extra run before he is unable to get the next ball away and picks just a run.

The last ball is a full toss but Christian hits it straight into the hands of Pandey at deep midwicket to fall for 16.

Smith finishes umbeaten on a good innings of 51 from 37 balls to lift Pune to a healthy 182 for five in their 20 overs.

Pune 152-4 (18 ovs) vs KKR | Scorecard

Kuldeep to bowl the 18th over. He does well to get the prized wicket of the dangerous Dhoni, who comes down the track but is beaten by one which turns the other way.

Wicketkeeper Uthappa does well to read the variation and complete an easy stumping as Dhoni walks back after a quickfire 23 from 11 balls.

Three balls later, the Kuldeep-Uthappa combine does the trick yet again. This time the wrong one from the chinaman spinner beats Manoj Tiwary, who is unable to get his feet back in time and is stumped for one.

Aggressive captaincy from Gambhir as he puts in two men in the slips for new batsman Dan Christian. The right-hander is also beaten by the wrong one as he gets the edge which goes past the vacant gully region for two runs.

A top over from the young Kuldeep, two wickets and five runs, as he finishes with two for 31 in four overs.

Pune's innings has hit a roadblock as they manage just 12 runs from the last two overs, while losing a couple of wickets.

Pune 147-2 (17 ovs) vs KKR | Scorecard

Dhoni hits Chawla through the leg side where Pathan at midwicket lets it go through his legs to give away a boundary. He comes down the track to the next ball and lofts it back over the bowler's head for a six to get 15 runs from the over.

Smith looks to swing Kuldeep on the leg side but doesn't make proper connection for two runs before he takes one.

Kuldeep drops it short as Dhoni rocks back and pulls it over midwicket for another six before he takes two runs off the last ball to race to 22 from eight balls.

Narine to bowl his fourth and final over. Smith looks to cut the first ball but gets an edge which goes fine on the off-side for a four. Three more singles from the rest of the over as Narine finishes with one for 34 in four overs.

Pune 114-2 (14 ovs) vs KKR | Scorecard

Narine comes back for his second spell. He manages to check Pune's progress with the wicket of Rahane, who throws his bat at a wide but is beaten and stumped by wicketkeeper Uthappa.

He walks back after a fine innings of 46 from 41 balls, having put on 47 runs for the second wicket with captain Smith.

New batsman Mahendra Singh Dhoni gets off the mark with a single and Smith picks one off the last ball.

Pune 107-1 (13 ovs) vs KKR | Scorecard

Rahane is nearly done in by Chawla as he takes a couple of steps down but is beaten in the flight, however, he manages to drag his feet back in time before Uthappa can whip off the bails.

He slog sweeps the next ball through midwicket for a four and Smith gets two runs off the last ball to take Pune to 83 for one in 10 overs.

Left-arm chinaman spinner Kuldeep Yadav comes into the attack. He starts with a short ball which Rahane pulls through midwicket for a four before he is beaten by the next ball which goes the other way but the leg before appeal is turned down.

Rahane sweeps the next ball for a single to deep square leg and Smith also picks a single.

In the next over, Rahane flicks Chawla fine on the leg side for a couple. He comes down the track to the next ball and plays the inside out lofted shot over the covers for a four. He then drives the fifth ball softly on the leg side and comes back for another couple.

Smith slog sweeps Kuldeep over midwicket from well outside the off-stump for a four to take Pune past the 100-run mark, in the 13th over. He flicks the second ball to deep midwicket as Rahane comes back for the second with Smith having to dive at the end to make his crease.

Pune are looking set for a total around the 175-run mark as they reach 107 for one in 13 overs.

Rahane has looked solid right from the start to score 46 from 40 balls, while Smith has made 20 from 15 balls.

Pune 74-1 (9 ovs) vs KKR | Scorecard

After a good first over, Narine suffers at the hands of the dashing Tripathi in his second, who hits him for three fours, in the sixth over.

He slices the second ball over the off-side for a four before slogging the last two balls of the over for the same result to get 15 runs from the over.

Pune have made a good start as they race to 57 for no loss in six overs with Tripathi leading the charge on 35 from 18 balls, while Rahane has played second fiddle on 19 from the same number of deliveries.

New Zealand all-rounder Colin de Grandhomme comes into the attack. Tripathi looks to have it on the leg side but miscues it towards mid-on as Yusuf Pathan who runs back from midwicket but is unable to hold on to a simple catch.

It has been a good start as he gives away just five runs in his opening over.

Leg-spinner Piyush Chawla strikes in his first over. He makes the first breakthrough with the wicket of Tripathi, who looks to cut but ends up dragging it back on to his stumps.

Tripathi has once again given Pune a good start as he slammed a quickfire 38 from 23 balls, having hit seven fours.

A superb start from Chawla, who concedes just three runs, while picking up the first wicket for KKR.

Smith has a close shave in the next over as he goes for a close second run and has to dive in the end to make his crease. The last ball is a full toss as Smith flips de Grandhomme through midwicket for his first boundary.

Pune 42-0 (5 ovs) vs KKR | Scorecard

Tripathi plays a cracking drive through the covers off Umesh for a boundary, who bowls it right up and also offers a bit of width. An angry Umesh follows it up with a bouncer which goes quite high over the batsman and is called a wide.

A single each to the two batsmen before Tripathi comes down the track and drives Umesh through the off-side for the second boundary of the over.

Spinner Sunil Narine comes into the attack early, to bowl the fourth over. He nearly accounts for Tripathi with one goes straight on and beats the batsman but wicketkeeper Robin Uthappa is a bit too slow in dislodging the bails.

A good start from Narine as he gives away just five runs in his first over.

Woakes, who bowled just one over with the new ball, comes back as he replaces Umesh.

Rahane hits the third ball straight back over the England pacer's head for the first six of the innings. Two balls later Tripathi again uses his feet as he hammers a full delivery Woakes straight down the ground for a four to take Pune to 42 for no loss in five overs.

Pune 14-0 (2 ovs) vs KKR | Scorecard

Ajinkya Rahane and Rahul Tripathi to open the bowling for hosts Pune, while India's best bowler of last season Umesh Yadav will start off proceedings for KKR with the ball.

Umesh bowls for his India team mate Rahane first up, who defends the first two balls before he is beaten off the next two. He gets off the mark with a single to thirdman before Umesh bowls a wide down the leg side.

Tripathi then pokes his bat at a wide outswinger as it takes the edge and  bounces high, over the wicketkeeper for a boundary.

Chris Woakes to bowl the second over. Four singles from the first five balls before Rahane clips the last ball through midwicket for a four.

KKR captain Gautam Gambhir has won the toss and elected to bowl.

Hosts Pune have made one change with Faf du Plessis replacing all-rounder Ben Stokes, who is ruled out with an injury.

Meanwhile, KKR have made two changes with Darren Bravo making his first start of the season in place of Nathan Coulter-Nile, while Piyush Chawla replaces Surya Kumar Yadav.
