India 119-5 (18 ovs) vs SL 236-8 | Scorecard

Dhawan goes for the sweep but gets a top edge and Mathews comes up with an outstanding catch, diving full length to his right to send back the left-hander.

Dhawan walks back after a good innings of 49 from 50 balls as India lose both their openers in the space of seven balls.

Kedar Jadhav gets a promotion but he fails to make most of the opportunity. He is deceived by the googly from Dananjaya as it hurries through and goes through the gap between bat and pad to bowl the right-hander for a duck.

Virat Kohli pulls the first ball through midwicket for a four before he is castled by Dananjaya off the very next delivery.

He is also done in by the googly which spins in and beats the bat to crash into his stumps.

India have lost four wickets for nine runs in the space of 13 balls as Sri Lanka fight their way back into the contest.

Dananjaya is not done yet as he bowls Rahul for his third wicket of the over. The right-hander is also beaten by the googly as he tries to defend as India's batting collapses for the first time in the series.

India nearly suffer another setback as Hardik Pandya tries to steal a quick single but is sent back and somehow manages to make his crease.

Five wickets for 10 runs in the space of 15 balls as India are reduced to 119 for five in 18 overs.

They need another 111 runs from 29 overs for victory with five wickets in hand.
