India 44-3 (15 ovs) vs Aus 260 | Scorecard

New batsman Cheteshwar Pujara survives a huge shout for leg before wicket against O'Keefe. He is lucky that he gets an inside edge which is why the decision went in his favour else he was in trouble.

Hazlewood bowling a terrific spell as Rahul is beaten all ends up by the incoming delivery before he is beaten by one which leaves him.

Rahul comes down the track and lofts O'Keefe straight back over his head for a big six but immediately pulls up with some pain. He seems to have hurt his shoulder as physio Patrick Farhat rushes out to the middle to attend him and he seems okay to resume his batting after a couple of minutes.

Hazlewood overpitches as Pujara flicks it square on the leg side for his first boundary.

O'Keefe is taken off after bowling five overs in his first spell as off-spinner Nathan Lyon comes into the attack.

Rahul plays another beautiful drive through the covers for his fourth boundary and then defends the rest of the over.

Pujara is happy to bide his time as he plays out a maiden over from Hazlewood, who is bowling a good spell.

Not much turn for the two Australian spinners as compared to how much assistance Ashwin and Jadeja were getting on Day 1.

Rahul and Pujara easily see off Lyon's second over, picking up two singles.

Starc comes back for his second spell and he strikes with the key wicket of Pujara. He gets one to bounce more than expected as Pujara is caught off guard and gets a glove to be caught behind by wicketkeeper Wade.

And two balls later, Starc makes it worse with the big wicket of Virat Kohli, who is caught behind for a two-ball duck. A poor shot from the India captain, who chased a wide one and got the edge which was taken by his opposite number Smith at first slip.

This is the first duck for Kohli in nearly 30 months, with the last one coming way back in August 2014 in Manchester.

India in deep trouble at 44 for three, in the 15th over.

Starc tries a yorker to Ajinkya Rahane who keeps it out to end a brilliant over from the left-arm pacer, a double-wicket maiden.
