Bhuvneshwar Kumar opens the bowling for India. Evin Lewis gets off the mark with a single on the leg side off the second ball and debutant Kyle Hope does the same off the fourth ball. Another single to Lewis makes it three runs from the first over.

Umesh Yadav struggles to control his line against left-hander Lewis, bowling a wide down the leg side. The second wide is even bigger as Dhoni struggles to stop it and injures his right hand while West Indies get five wides.

Umesh switches to round the wicket and strikes with the wicket of Lewis, who misses the incoming delivery and is bowled for two.

Shai Hope joins his brother Kyle out in the middle as he takes a single from the last ball to get off the mark.

Jadhav also gets into the act as he clubs a length delivery from Williams over midwicket for a six. Four singles from the next four balls makes it 10 runs from the 48th over.

Jadhav plays another unbelievable shot. He goes across his stumps before he goes down on one knee and sweeps pacer Cummins over square leg for a four as the runs continue to flow for India in the death overs.

11 runs from the over as Cummins finishes with good figures of two for 56 in his 10 overs.

Williams starts the final over with a well directed bouncer at Jadhav's body who ducks under it awkwardly.

However, the next ball is full as Jadhav hammers it through the covers for a four before he is again beaten by a bouncer directed at the body.

Williams bowls another bouncer as Jadhav goes for pull but gets the top edge which goes over the keeper for a four before he takes a single.

Dhoni finishes the innings in style as he smashes the last ball past mid-off for a four to power India to 251 for four in their 50 overs.

Dhoni finishes unbeaten a quickfire innings of 78 from 79 balls, having hit four fours and two sixes, on a pitch where the other batsmen have struggled to get going.

Jadhav played a good hand, smashing 40 from just 26 balls, with the duo putting on a quick stand of 81 from 46 balls for the fifth wicket.

India turned it on at the death, smashing 56 runs from the last five overs and leave West Indies with a stiff challenge.

India finding it hard to get the boundaries against Williams, who has been quite clever with his change of pace.

Five singles from the over as India bring up their 200 in the 46th over.

Dhoni cuts loose as he smashes Holder back over long-off for a six. The next ball is full as the veteran swings it behind square on the leg side for another maximum.

This late assault from Dhoni could make the difference on this slow pitch where it has been difficult to hit boundaries.

He digs out the next ball on the off-side for one before Jadhav is beaten by a yorker and he then takes one to long-off. Holder bowls a wide before Dhoni smashes it straight as the fielder at long-on does well to keep it down to two.

Williams continues to bowl the slower balls as Jadhav is beaten outside the off-stump before he steers the next past short thirdman for three runs.

Jadhav comes down the track as he awkwardly swats it on the leg side with the bowler dropping it short but it falls just short of the fielder at short fine leg with just seven coming from the over.

Holder comes back as singles come from the first two balls before Jadhav walks across his stumps and sweeps a full toss behind square for a four. He guides the next ball through point for two runs followed by one.

Dhoni takes a single from the last ball to complete his fifty from 66 balls.

10 runs from the over take India to 195 for four in 45 overs.

Rahane comes down the track to Bishoo and hits him to sweeper cover for a single. Dhoni looks to give the charge before he backtracks as Bishoo bowls a wide. He waits in his crease and smashes the next ball back powerfully over the bowler's head for a four.

The last ball is wide as Dhoni gets it off the toe end of the bat for a single to long-off as 10 come from Bishoo's final over, who finishes with excellent figures of one for 38 in 10 overs.

Debutant pacer Kesrick Williams comes back. He does well to vary his pace and keep the batsmen down the six singles in his sixth over.

Cummins comes in from the other end and he starts with a wide on the off-side. Rahane hits the next ball over the off-side for a couple before he perishes off the next trying another lofted shot.

He cuts it square on the off-side as Bishoo in the deep makes good ground and takes a superb diving catch.

Rahane walks back after a patient innings of 72 from 112 balls, having hit four fours and a six, putting on 70 runs for the fourth wicket with Dhoni.

Despite the wicket Dhoni not holding back as he looks to scoop the next ball over fine leg but gets only two runs. He steers the next ball past point for a four and keeps a yorker out for one before Kedar Jadhav takes a run from the last ball.

A jump in the scoring rate for India with 27 coming from the last three overs with India reaching 178 for four in 43 overs as the scoring rate finally crosses the four-run per over mark.

Holder, who has been excellent with the ball giving away just 26 runs in eight overs, keeps two overs for the end as he brings back left-arm spinner Nurse.

The runs continue to come in singles for India as Nurse gives away just three singles in his seventh over.

Bishoo continues to keep Dhoni tied down, bowling nine dot balls in a row before the veteran smashes a full delivery down to long-on for a four, the first boundary conceded by Bishoo, in his eighth over.

Dhoni steers Nurse past point for a couple before he gets a single off the fifth ball and Rahane does the same off the last ball to keep strike.

Dhoni looking to attack Bishoo as he looks to heave it over midwicket but gets a top edge. However, the ball falls right between two fielders, between midwicket and the fielder rushing in from long-on to give Dhoni two runs.

Two balls later, Dhoni gets a lifeline as the fielder at short thirdman puts down a sharp low chance. Dhoni, on 28, looks to heave it over midwicket but gets a thick edge as Hope dived forward but failed to hold on.

Even Rahane, who has played over 100 deliveries, struggling to get the boundaries. He plays three dot balls in a row against Nurse before picking a single on the leg side and Dhoni also takes one to get just two from the over.

Nurse ends with tidy figures of 34 runs from 10 overs as India reach 151 for three in 40 overs, still not scoring at four runs per over.

Rahane has made 65 from 105 balls, while Dhoni has made 29 from 52 balls with the duo putting on 51 from 83 balls for the fourth wicket.

The scoring rate is constantly going down for India with the West Indies bowlers doing a good job in the middle overs.

Bishoo continues his excellent spell as he sends down another tight over, giving away just a single in his sixth over.

Rahane breaks the shackles as he pulls a short ball from Holder over midwicket for the first six of the Indian innings, in the 34th over.

He tries to ramp the next ball over the wicketkeeper but fails to make connection as Holder continues to drop short.

Bishoo persisting with the wide outside the off-stump line to Dhoni with a heavily packed outside field. Dhoni also struggling with his timing with the pitch as he plays six dot balls with just a run coming from the wide.

Bishoo has conceded just 17 runs from seven overs with India struggling to 131 for three in 35 overs with Rahane on 59 and Dhoni on 15.

West Indies bring back pacer Cummins into the attack, replacing Nurse, who bowled a tight first spell of 25 runs in seven overs.

Dhoni will look to bide his time before he looks to hit some shots. Rahane has his task cut out and that will be to play till the end. Cummins continues as India pick five singles from his seventh over.

It is only singles at the moment for India, who are looking to stitch together a partnership as Rahane and Dhoni pick two singles each from the next over, bowled by Bishoo.

Dhoni steers a wide delivery from Cummins square on the off-side for three runs as India reach 116 for three in 30 overs.

Infact, Dhoni injures his right thumb off the last ball of the over as Cummins bowls a short ball which the right-hander looks to defend but is struck on the hand.

Bishoo in the midst of a good spell. Dhoni looks to cut but gets a thick outside edge which goes past the wicketkeeper for a single and Rahane picks one to long-off as just two runs come from the over.

Holder continues to bowl the short balls with good effect. Rahane does well to avoid a quick short ball from the West Indies captain before he pulls one to deep square leg with the ball not bouncing much.

Another quick over from left-arm spinner as he conceded just two runs, bowling five dot balls in a row to Yuvraj.

In the next over, Bishoo has a confident appeal for LBW turned down against Yuvraj before the West Indies decide to take the DRS.

And the replay shows that Yuvraj had played down the wrong line and was hit in line with the ball going on to hit the stumps.

The on-field umpire's decision is overturned as Yuvraj is given out leg before wicket after a struggling innings of 39 from 55 balls, having put on 66 runs for the third wicket with Rahane.

New batsman Mahendra Singh Dhoni gets off the mark with a single as India reach 101 for three in 27 overs.

Williams tries another short ball but is too easy for Yuvraj, who pulls it confidently through midwicket for a four.

Rahane tries the upper cut off the last ball but is beaten as the ball goes over the bat.

Nurse bowls another tidy over, giving away just four runs for a total of 16 runs in his first five overs.

Spin from both ends as leg-spinner Devendra Bishoo comes into the attack. He makes a good start, giving away just a single in his first over.

In the next over, Nurse has a leg before wicket appeal turned down against Rahane, who looks hit it across the line on the leg side but is beaten. The last ball is down the leg side as Yuvraj looks to sweep but gets a top edge which goes over the fine leg fielder for a four.

Yuvraj drives Bishoo through the covers for two runs followed by a single. West Indies are content to save the boundaries and not looking to build any sort of pressure with extra fielders inside the circle.

India have reached 97 for two in 25 overs with Rahane on 44 and Yuvraj on 37.

Williams gets Yuvraj to edge one and again it goes through the vacant slip region for a four as eight runs come from the 17th over.

Nurse looking to do a holding job and keep his end tight as he concedes just two runs in the next over.

Yuvraj slowly getting into his groove and picking up the line and length early. Williams drops short and offers a bit of width as Yuvraj cuts it over point for a four.

At the other end, Nurse continues to be miserly and the Indians are also content to just milk him for ones and twos as India reach 74 for two in 20 overs.

India managed to lift the rate slightly, scoring 40 from the last 10 overs after just 34 had come from the first 10.

Rahane is looking to play the anchor role, slowing down considerably after the first Powerplay to score 37 from 61 balls, while Yuvraj has made 21 from 31 balls.

West Indies trying to test Kohli with bouncers. Another well directed short ball from Cummins as Kohli looks to pull but is beaten. However, a few balls later Cummins bowls a bouncer way down the leg side as Kohli slaps it fine on the leg side for a four.

West Indies finally succeed with the short ball plan against Kohli. Another bouncer from Holder outside the off-stump as Kohli looks to steer it to thirdman but ends up getting an edge and is caught at gully for 11.

He nearly gets the wicket of Yuvraj Singh with the last ball. Another quick short ball as Yuvraj has a poke but is beaten with the ball passing close to the stumps.

A good start for West Indies with the ball as India are reduced to 34 for two in 10 overs with Rahane unbeaten on 21 from 29 balls.

India 29-1 (8 ovs) vs WI | Scorecard

Holder gifts Rahane a freebie, bowling down the leg side as the India opener glances it fine for a four.

In the next over, Rahane turns Cummins on the leg side for a couple and then smashes the next ball through point for a four as India reach 22 for one in five overs.

Holder tries to draw Kohli into a mistake as he bowls it wide outside the off-stump but the India captain is happy to leave it alone. Holder then bowls another poor delivery, full toss on the pads which he hits through the leg side for his first boundary.

Cummins bowls a good over, conceding just a single as Rahane turns the fourth ball on the leg side.

Holder nearly picks up the big wicket of Kohli with a good short ball. The right-hander looks to defend a bouncer directed at his body as he he gets it high on the bat but the fielder at point is charging in too quickly and the ball goes over him.

Shikhar Dhawan and Ajinkya Rahane walk out to open the batting for the visitors. Pacer Miguel Cummins will bowl the first over. Rahane defends the first ball before he taps the next on the off-side for one to get off the mark and Dhawan does the same off the next ball for his first run.

Rahane drives the last ball gently through the covers for just a single as three come from the first over.

West Indies captain Jason Holder to bowl the second over. The openers again looking to get their eye with singles as they pick three runs off the second over.

Rahane gets the first boundary of the Indian innings as he cuts a short ball from Cummins past point for a four and then takes a single.

Dhawan perishes early as he looks to cut Cummins uppishly but ends up holing out a simple catch to the fielder on the thirdman fence.

West Indies captain Jason Holder has won the toss and elected to bowl against India in the third ODI.

India, who lead the series 1-0, have retained the same team which beat West Indies in the second ODI following a washout in the first game.

West Indies have made two changes as they include debutants Kyle Hope and Rovman Powell in the playing eleven in place of Jonathan Carter and Kieron Powell.

The umpires have announced that the toss will take place at 0915 hours local time which is 1845 IST.

The umpires conducted an inspection of the outfield which was not ready on time because of the overnight rain.

The toss will take place at 1845 IST and the match will begin at 1915 IST without any overs being reduced.

17:32   Confident India aim to seal series against West Indies
Welcome to the coverage of the third One-Day International between West Indies and India in Antigua, on Friday.

A confident India will be looking to take an unassailable 2-0 lead against the weakened West Indies in the five-match ODI series.

India lead the rubber 1-0 after winning the second one-day international in Port of Spain by 105 runs. The opening match of the series was rained off after only 39 overs of play at the Queen's Park Oval.

World number three India showed their might in the second game with a 105-run drubbing of the hosts, which highlighted the gulf between the two teams.

In the second match, the bowlers stifled the home steam with their impeccable line and length after India's top three batsmen -- Ajinkya Rahane, Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli -- delivered the goods as they recorded their biggest ever victory in the West Indies.
