TEA - DAY 3

India 122-4 (39 ovs) & 189 vs
Aus 276 | Scorecard

The brilliant catch by Smith to dismiss the well-set Rahul off O'Keefe could well turn out to be one of the turning points of the game.

Rahul was looking good on 51, after he had put on 44 runs for the second wicket with Pujara before his dismissal handed the initiative back to Australia.

Virat Kohli fell again cheaply, for 15, this time to a dubious leg before decision which was reviewed but stood with the on-field umpire's decision.

Ravindra Jadeja was bowled by Hazlewood, who also accounted for Kohli and Mukund to leave India in trouble at 122 for four in 39 overs at the tea break.

They lead by just 35 runs and their hopes will largely rest of Pujara, who is batting well on 34, with Rahane on two.

Overall, the session belonged to Australia, as he picked up four wickets for 84 runs in 29 overs the post-lunch session.
