TEA - DAY 3

Aus 92-5 (25.3 ovs) & 300 vs India 332 | Scorecard

Jadeja make it worse for Australia with the wicket of Shaun Marsh, who is caught at short leg off an inside edge for one.

A superb session for India with the ball as Australia are reduced to 92 for five in 25.3 overs, for an overall lead of 60 runs.

Maxwell counter-attacked the Indian spinners as he smashed 37 from 48 balls, hitting five fours and a six to keep his team afloat.

India's pacers started off brilliantly as Umesh picked up two wickets with the new ball and Bhuvneshwar claimed the most important wicket, that of Australia's run machine Smith, who was bowled for 17.

Ashwin and Jadeja then chipped in with a wicket each close to the tea break to leave Australia in complete shambles.
