NZ 196-2 (20 ovs) vs India | Scorecard

Colin Munro blasted a 58-ball 109 not out to power New Zealand to a huge 196 for two in their 20 overs in the second T20.

Munro and Martin Guptill had laid the foundation with a quickfire stand of 105 runs for the opening wicket after New Zealand had elected to bat.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah bowled well as they conceded 29 runs and 23 runs respectively in their four overs but the other bowlers went for plenty of runs.

Debutant Mohammed Siraj suffered in his first international game, as he went for 53 runs but picked up the wicket of Kane Williamson for 12.

Leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal picked one for 36 in his four overs but Axar Patel gave away 39 in his three overs.

It was an off-day for India in the field as they dropped a couple of catches while missing an easy run out chance.
