India 57-1 (28 ovs) vs SL 205 | Scorecard

All of a sudden the Indian innings has hit a lull as Sri Lanka manage to bowl four maiden overs in a row to build some pressure.

Gamage gets one to kick off length just outside off-stump as Pujara is lucky that the ball didn't kiss the gloves on the way to the wicketkeeper.

Vijay ends the run of maiden overs as he turns Herath on the leg side for a single, the first runs after a wait of 27 deliveries. But Pujara continues to defend as he blocks the remaining five balls of the over.

Gamage producing some unplayable deliveries as this time Vijay somehow manages to fend a rising delivery on the off-side before he takes a single off the last ball of the over.

Medium pacer Dasun Shanaka comes into the attack in place of Gamage. He bowls slightly wide as Vijay again drills it through the covers for a four to take India past the 50-run mark. The bowler errs again three balls later and Vijay himself to another boundary through the off-side.

In the next over, the duo raise their 50-run stand for the second wicket as India reach 57 for one in 28 overs with Vijay on 35 and Pujara on 14.
