India 399-3 (125 ovs) vs SL 205 | Scorecard

Perera beats Kohli with one that goes straight and beats the right-hander as wicketkeeper Dickwella appeals for stumping. The decision is referred to the TV umpire but Kohli's feet are back in the crease before the bails were dislodged.

In the next over, Kohli casually walks down the track and flicks Shanaka through midwicket for a four. India get four more singles to get eight runs from the over.

Kohli then punches off-spinner Perera straight down the ground past mid-off for another boundary and then takes a single which gives him the strike for the next over.

Shanaka finally gets Sri Lanka the breakthrough with the wicket of Pujara. The right-hander is beaten by a yorker which sneaks under his bat and bowls him to end a splendid marathon innings of 143 from 362 balls, ending a 183-run stand for the third wicket.
