NZ 230-9 (50 ovs) vs India | Scorecard

Courtesy of a fine showing from their bowlers, India managed to restrict New Zealand to 228 for nine in their 50 overs in the must-win second ODI in Pune.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar led India's superb performance with the ball as he picked up three for 45, while Jasprit Bumra and Yuzvendra Chahal bagged two wickets each.

Axar Patel, who replaced Kuldeep Yadav, had a good outing with the ball as he took one for 54.

None of the New Zealand managed to get on top of the Indian bowlers as no batsman crossed the 50-run mark. Henry Nicholls top scored for the Kiwis with 42, while Colin de Grandhomme stroked a quickfire 41 from 40 balls before Mitchell Santner (29) and Tim Southee (25) chipped in with some useful runs at the end.
