Rajasthan 52-1 (6 ovs) vs RCB | Scorecard

Rahane's leg injury is hampering his running between the wickets and he is looking to hit as many boundaries as possible in the Powerplay and avoid taking singles.

Leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal comes into the attack. Short content to take singles as he picks one on the leg side before Rahane sweeps Chahal uppishly over square leg for a four and then takes a single.

Short misses the short ball as he can't beat the fielder in the covers but he lofts the last ball back over Chahal's head for a four.

Woakes comes back as Rahane goes hard at the first ball but only for a single to the man in the deep on the off-side.

Short pulls the next ball powerfully but Mandeep Singh's outstanding diving effort at deep square leg saves the boundary and keeps it down to just a single.

Woakes tries the slower ball but Rahane is able to pick it up early as he lofts it behind square on the leg side for a four.

But Woakes gets revenge off the very next delivery as Rahane looks to loft it straight but holes out to Umesh at mid-on. It was again the slower ball as Rahane got it off the toe end of the bat.

Rahane walks back looking in some discomfort after a quickfire 36 from 20 balls as Rajasthan are reduced to 52 for one in six overs.
