AB de Villiers starred with a breathtaking innings of 90 from 39 balls to power RCB to a six-wicket victory against Delhi Daredevils in Bengaluru.

De Villiers went on the attack right from the start, hitting 10 fours and five sixes, to take his team to victory with two overs to spare.

Captain Virat Kohli hit 30 from 26 balls before he was brilliantly caught by Trent Boult on the fine leg fence off Harshal Patel.

Earlier, youngsters Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer blasted half-centuries to propel Delhi Daredevils to a huge 174 for five against Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Pant smashed a brilliant 85 from 48 balls, while Iyer stroked 52 from 31 balls to rally Delhi after a slow start.
