Delhi 98-3 (14 ovs) vs RCB | Scorecard

Fast bowler Chris Woakes comes back. The runs are difficult to get for Delhi as just four runs come from the first five balls.

Pant ends the over well for the visitors as he smashes the last ball straight down the ground for a four to get eight from the over.

It's not proving to be easy against the spinners as Sundar sends down another tidy over, conceding just six runs, including a leg bye.

Iyer caught in two minds as he initially decides to duck under a short ball from Siraj before playing a half pull shot to tap it on the leg side.

The two batsmen have brought the innings back on track, adding 50 from 39 balls for the third wicket.

Iyer makes room and carves the fourth ball over the off-side for a four before Pant slams the last ball for a straight six to get 12 from the over.

Iyer is turning the innings with his brilliant strokeplay. He flicks Sundar over the leg side for a six and slog sweeps the next ball for another maximum to race to his fifty, from 29 balls.

But Sundar ends up with the last laugh as Iyer chases a wide ball only to chip it to backward point.

Iyer walks back after a superb innings of 52 from 31 balls, having hit four fours and three sixes.

If they finish strongly, Delhi are on course for a total around the 160-run mark, which could be very handy on this pitch.
