Stokes then gets a single.
The batsmen just happy to keep the scorecard ticking without taking much risk.

The batsmen then pick a couple of runs to take 7 off the over.
Markande continues, Samson plays a dot first ball.
He then takes a single to the off side.
Stokes then takes a couple to long-off and then follows that up with a single.
Samson plays a dot and then gets a single to deep mid-wicket off the last ball of the over.
5 runs come off the over.
Mustafizur comes back into the attack and Samson gets a single to covers.
Stokes gets hit on the pads, high on the roll and that is not out. Mumbai Indians take a review and lose it.
The batsmen happy to just rotate the strike for now.

Two dot balls later, Rahane tries to go after the bowler but he mistimes. gets the bottom edge and holes out to Krunal at mid-on. He goes for 14 off 17.
Stokes gets off the mark with a single.
Samson ends the over with a boundary.
Krunal continues and he gives away nine runs, including a four to Rahane in the over.
