Captain Rohit Sharma has again resisted calls to open the batting as Mumbai Indians continue with Suryakumar Yadav and Evin Lewis at the top of the order.

Pacer Deepak Chahar will open the bowling for CSK, who will be looking for a few early wickets.

Surya punches the second ball through the covers for a four to get off the mark in style before he clips on the next side for two runs.

Surya tries to hit the next ball through the off-side but can't find the gap before Chahar bowls a wide to give away seven from the over.

Pace from both ends as Shardul Thakur bowls from the other end. Lewis clips the seocnd ball through midwicket for a couple before he gloves the last ball fine on the leg side for a four after missing the pull shot.

Suryakumar then glances Chahar fine on the leg side for a four before he steers the fourth ball over thirdman for another boundary. Two runs for Lewis off the last ball as Mumbai get 11 from the third over.

Shane Watson comes into the attack, replacing Thakur. Surya steers a wide delivery past point for a four as Mumbai's openers look to build a good platform.

Watson getting slight movement as Suryakumar is squared up, getting a thick outside edge for two runs on the off-side. He clips the fifth ball through midwicket for another couple of runs and takes one from the last ball.
